Hello Lady Knights,

 

Our next Knights Flag Football Club workout will be Saturday 3/7, from 9:00am–11:00am. Please arrive on the turf field by 8:45am so we can start on time.

 

For workouts, please bring cleats (if you have them), a protective headband, a mouthpiece, and plenty of water.

 

If you have not signed up for your AAU membership, please do so this week. The cost is $22, and an active membership is required to participate in workouts. Your membership will be valid through 8/31/26.

 

I understand many of you have club commitments on the weekends. Attendance is not mandatory for our Flag Football Club—come when your schedule allows. However, the more consistently you attend, the faster you will develop and the better prepared you will be for tryouts on August 1st.
